LUM, Mich. — Kevin Daley received the endorsement of former Congresswoman Candice Miller in his race for the Michigan State Senate today.
“I want to proudly and strongly endorse my very good friend, Kevin Daley. I don’t do this kind of thing all the time, but Kevin Daley is different,” Miller said. “When I think about Kevin I think about his values – faith, family, and community. We need someone that has lived in the district – didn’t just parachute in and run for the seat. Kevin Daley will make a terrific state senator and reflect our values in Lansing.”
“I’m honored to have the endorsement of Commissioner Miller,” Daley said. “I appreciate her support, and the support of so many others, in my campaign for State Senate. I look forward to being a voice for our community and making a difference for families like yours and mine.”
Candice Miller is a former Congresswoman and Michigan Secretary of State. She was the first Republican to serve as Secretary of State in Michigan in 40 years when she took office in 1995.
